Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. dry navy beans or dry Great Northern beans
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Rinse beans.
In a medium saucepan, combine beans and 3 cups water.
Cover and let stand overnight.
Rinse and drain beans.
