Easy Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 frying chicken, cut up
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle rice on bottom.
Mix soups and milk.
Pour over rice.
Lay raw chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 about 2 hours or until rice is tender and chicken is done.
