Strawberries And Almond Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. large strawberries
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 to 2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Carefully wash berries; drain on paper towels.
    Cut a deep \"X\" from pointed end of each berry to 1/4-inch from stem end.
    Gently spread apart to make petals.
    Set aside on a serving plate. Prepare pudding according to package directions except use only 3/4 cup milk.
    Gently fold whipped cream and extract into pudding. Pipe pudding mix into strawberries from a decorating bag with a large tip.
    Serve immediately.
