Dundee Tea Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. each: chopped candied cherries, candied pineapple, chopped citron and raisins
Lemon Glaze
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar until light.
Beat in vanilla and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients and fruit; mix well.
Pour into a 9-inch square pan lined with waxed paper on bottom.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn out on rack and peel off paper; turn right side up and brush with glaze.
