Custard Manju - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
1 c. ice water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Wesson oil
1 can tsubushi An (form them into little balls, smaller than a walnut)
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Sift
flour
and
salt together.
Add oil and mix well, adding the
cold\twater.\tForm

dough into little balls, about the size of a walnut.
Flatten it out and wrap a ball of \"An\", completely\tcovering

Place them on a cookie sheet and brush the tops with evaporated milk, using a pastry brush. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
