My Sister'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cube steaks or pieces of steak
    3 Tbsp. pan drippings
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Flour meat; brown in a skillet with Crisco.
    In a saucepan, take 3 tablespoons of pan drippings and 3 tablespoons of flour and stir together.
    Add water; bring to a boil.
    Place meat in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish; pour mixture over meat.
    Cover and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
