Beef Stew With Beer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stew beef
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
flour
4 large onions
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 c. beer
1 beef bouillon cube
2 thick slices bread
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation

Roll beef cubes in flour.
Saute in oil until brown.
Place in casserole dish.
Fry onions; add to casserole.
Add parsley, basil, oregano, beer, salt and pepper.
Spread both sides of bread (leftover homemade or bakery bread is best) with mustard.
Place on top of ingredients.
Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for about 3 hours.
