Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2/3 c. milk
    wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces.
    Brown slowly in margarine. Add onion, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Simmer until tender.
    When tender, add cream cheese (cut cheese into cubes to melt more quickly).
    Add milk and stir until cheese is completely melted. Serve over noodles.
