Indian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chicken drumsticks
    1 can tomatoes
    2 or 3 potatoes, cut up small
    cooking oil
    2 medium onion
    minced garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    De-skin and
    wash
    chicken.
    Peel
    potatoes and cut up. Pour enough oil to cover bottom of a large (6 quart) saucepan. Place onions
    and
    garlic
    in
    oil
    and cook until soft.\tAdd tomatoes and
    all
    other
    spices.
    Let it cook to form a thick sauce.
    Add chicken
    and
    potatoes after sauce has thickened. Cook on
    medium heat.
    Add\t1 cup of water.
    Cook 55 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve with white rice and pita bread.
