Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sirloin, cubed
3/4 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
chicken broth (about 1 1/2 c.)
wine (about 3/4 c.)
1 can mushrooms
parsley
3 Tbsp. sour cream (approximately)
Preparation

Mix the flour, garlic salt, pepper and parsley flakes in a bag with meat to coat.
Brown meat in butter or margarine.
Add chicken broth and wine. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Stir occasionally and taste sauce. Add more garlic, if necessary. Add the mushrooms and parsley after 15 minutes.
Add the sour cream and mix in well.
Serve over rice or noodles.
