Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation

In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer set at medium speed, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until creamy.
Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Spread thickly over cake, making swirls with the knife.
Makes 2 1/2 cups of icing.
