Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    1 1/2 c. instant brown rice
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook egg slowly in margarine in large skillet.
    Stir in scallions and rice until lightly browned.
    Add broth; bring to boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir.
    Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
