Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, baking powder which has been sifted together; add the butter and crumb well with the fingers.
Take out 1 cup of crumbs (reserve for topping) and to the remaining, add the well beaten egg yolks and milk.
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into well-greased deep pans and sprinkle top with the reserved crumbs.
Bake in a hot oven.
Bake them at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
