Pork And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (5 medium)
    4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown pork chops in greased skillet. Prepare potatoes.
    Blend soup, salt, pepper and celery seed. Arrange a layer of potatoes and onion in greased 2-quart baking dish, then cover with a portion of sauce.
    Repeat layers until all are used, ending with sauce.
    Place chops on top; sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until meat and potatoes are tender.
