Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

graham cracker crumbs
1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. Argo cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Grease pan with butter.
Use spring-form pan.
Dust pan with graham cracker crumbs.
Beat the cottage cheese until creamy. Gradually add cream cheese at high speed until it is well blended and creamy.
Gradually add sugar and eggs.
Reduce speed to low and add cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla.
Melt margarine; add sour cream and blend until creamy.
Pour mix into a prepared pan.
Heat oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Leave cheese cake in oven to cool for 2 hours.
Remove from oven; cool until chilled. Place in refrigerator before serving.
Can be frozen.
