Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lb. bacon
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper together. Crumble fried bacon in the bottom of a pie shell. Sprinkle on all of cheese. Pour milk mixture over this. Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes more, until puffed and brown.
