Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes or 2 qt. sliced
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion in greased baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
    Mix mushroom soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 8.
