Meatza Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. tomato or pizza sauce
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix meat, milk, bread and garlic salt.
    Place in 9-inch pie pan.
    Pat firmly.
    Put sauce over mixture.
    Drain mushrooms and arrange on sauce.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
