Grandmother'S Lime Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

juice of 1 large lime
6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Cream together butter, salt and vanilla.
Add egg white, unbeaten and sugar.
Blend with lime juice and grated rind.
Beat well.
