Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c. nuts
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. 10xx sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    10 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Add carrots. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and oil. Mix until combined. Add 1/2 cup of nuts and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until well done. Let cool until frosting is ready.
