Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of asparagus soup, heated
1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Heat undiluted soup to hot, bubbly stage.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water and stir into soup.
Add mayonnaise and blend.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into salad mold and chill until firm. Rich and delicious.
Serves 6.
