Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef brisket
    3 onions
    4 cloves garlic
    12 oz. beer
    1 (8 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Put brisket, fat side down, in pan.
    Slice onions and garlic over brisket.
    Mix together beer, chili sauce, brown sugar and ketchup.
    Pour over brisket and bake 4 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Cover last 2 hours.
    Sauce can be made 3 days in advance.
