Southern Style Short Ribs Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef short ribs
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Trim extra fat away from each rib.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Roll in flour.
    Brown on all sides, on a slow fire, remove fat from pan, add water and cover.
    Simmer on stove top or cook in a slow 325\u00b0 oven until tender, about 2 hours.
    Add more water, if needed.
    Make onion gravy, if desired.
    Serve with your favorite vegetable.
