Ingredients

1 - 12 oz. package fresh cranberries
2 - 10 oz. packages frozen strawberries, thawed
4 cups sugar
1 - 3 oz. package liquid pectin
Preparation

Process cranberries in food processor until coarsely chopped. Combine cranberries, strawberries, and sugar
in pan. Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add pectin. Return to full rolling boil, boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off foam with metal spoon. Quickly, pour into hot jars and cover at once. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Makes 7 half pints.
