Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli (3 stalks)
    1 cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) Kraft shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 saltine cracker crumbs
    salt
Preparation
    Chop broccoli and boil with salt.
    Leave the head of broccoli to steam last.
    Drain broccoli and add cream of mushroom soup, onion, 3/4 bag of shredded cheese and sour cream to taste.
    Stir ingredients together well.
    Put in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
