Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
4 to 5 c. egg noodles, cooked 4 minutes
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce
1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 large can tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Grease electric frying pan with margarine.
Brown meat; spread over pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
Add 1/2 package dry spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Top with noodles.
Break up tomatoes; pour over noodles.
Add tomato sauce and the rest of dry spaghetti sauce.
Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Let cook on low at 150\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
