Blueberry Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour milk
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 c. blueberries
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add egg and beat.
    Sift and measure flour.
    Add ginger, cinnamon, salt and soda.
    Add milk and molasses alternately with the flour.
    Add blueberries.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with 3 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
