Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. oil
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 slices bacon, cooked and cut in half
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients,\texcept bacon.
    Pour batter over bacon in hot
    8-inch Dutch oven.\tUse 1/2 bacon slice for each cake. Turn over when bubbles start to break.
