Rich Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large bowl, blend butter and cream cheese.
Beat in eggs and hot sauce until light and fluffy.
Blend in cheese.
Stir in flour and salt.
Chill 30 minutes.
On generously floured board, roll half of dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut with 1 3/4 to 2-inch cookie cutter.
Repeat with remaining dough.
Place puffs close together on 3 ungreased baking sheets.
