Crock-Pot Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cut in cubes
    1/2 pkg. bacon
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    seasoning to taste
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Season raw potatoes.
    Put potatoes, bacon strips, onion and butter in crock-pot on low overnight.
    Remove from crock-pot to pan.
    Cover with cheese (it will melt from heat of potatoes). Serve with a main dish.
