Chinese Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. cabbage
    2 onions
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Preheat frypan at 300\u00b0.
    Put cabbage and onion through meat grinder, using coarse cutter.
    Combine ginger, salt and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture.
    Mix well.
    Shape into balls about 1 to 1 1/2-inches.
    Fry in oil or shortening until done, browning well on all sides.
