Fulton Mansion Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. sugar (may be reduced to 1/2 c.)
2 Tbsp. flour mixed with sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks, reserve white
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except raisins, together and cook slowly until thick.
Add the raisins and stir the mixture occasionally until it's cool.
