Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. drained whole kernel corn
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    few strips crisp bacon, crumbled (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into hot oiled skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
