Mandarin Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mandarin juice
    1/2 c. water
    pinch of salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat water and 1 cup mandarin juice with sugar and salt until sugar dissolves.
    Chill completely.
    Combine with remaining mandarin and lemon juice.
    Pour into a pan and freeze firm. Serves 4.
