Chicken Shish Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken nuggets
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes
    3 green peppers, cut into squares
    2 onions, cut in squares
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce and oil in a baking dish and marinate chicken in the mixture for 3 hours.
    Alternate chicken with tomatoes, green peppers, onions and mushrooms on skewers.
    Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is cooked through.
    To barbecue, cook 5 inches from flame using marinade to baste.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
