Spicy Chicken Chow Mein(Crock-Pot Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in cubes
4 large carrots, thinly sliced
4 green onion, sliced including top
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 C chicken broth
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 C soy sauce
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8 oz can bean sprouts
1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 C cornstarch
1/2 C water
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until brown. Drain and put in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except the cornstarch and water. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
