Stir-Fried Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, cut up or use minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. celery, cut up
    1 can mushroom slices, drained
    2 c. frozen stir-fry vegetables
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut chicken into thin strips.
    Heat oil in frypan.
    Add chicken and garlic.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until chicken turns white.
    Add soy sauce and stir.
    Add celery, mushrooms and stir-fry vegetables.
    Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch and water.
    Add slowly to chicken mixture, stirring constantly.
    Cook until ingredients are coated with a thin glaze, about 1 minute.
    Serve with hot rice and extra soy sauce.
