Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut eggplant in slices 1/2-inch thick and lay in salt water for 1 hour.
    Drain and dip in beaten egg, then in cornmeal, cracker crumbs or flour.
    Fry until brown and nicely tender.
    They are good fried after ham.
