Chow Mein Noodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips (2 c.)
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
    4 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine butterscotch chips, corn syrup, water and oil. Microwave until melted.
    Stir until smooth.
    Transfer to large bowl, add noodles and mix well.
    Cool slightly.
    Fold in marshmallows.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on waxed paper. Chill 20 minutes.
    Eat!
