Strawberry Bavarian Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, sliced and thawed
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. chilled whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain strawberries; reserve syrup.
    Pour boiling water over Jell-O; stir until dissolved.
    Add enough cold water to syrup to make 1 cup.
    Stir into Jell-O.
    Chill until almost set.
    Beat whipping cream until stiff.
    Beat Jell-O until foamy.
    Fold Jell-O and strawberries into whipped cream.
    Pour into mold.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
