Pizza Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 c. warm water
    3 c. (or more) plain flour, sifted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let stand.
    Put sugar, salt and oil in large bowl.
    Stir in dissolved yeast.
    Add flour and water alternately.
    Turn on a lightly floured board and knead gently.
    Divide dough into 2 sections.
    Brush tops with olive oil. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
