Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
4 c. plain flour, sifted
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cornflakes
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Add the flour, soda, salt, oil and vanilla to the sugar mixture. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. This recipe makes a lot and keeps well.
