Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. lean ground beef
1 large chopped yellow onion
1 large chopped green bell pepper
4 cloves crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. cumin seed
2 Tbsp. chili powder (regular or hot, to taste)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large (28 oz.) can ground peeled tomatoes
1 c. Burgundy wine
salt and pepper
1 can red kidney beans
Preparation

Saute ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
Place in large pot, add cumin seed, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, wine and some salt and pepper.
Simmer all for 45 minutes.
Add red kidney beans and simmer 15 minutes more.
