Shrimp Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 jumbo shrimp, cleaned and cooked
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 medium green pepper, cut up
    12 large mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Cut
    each
    shrimp in half lengthwise.
    In large skillet heat oil
    and
    butter;
    add
    onion,
    green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, salt
    and pepper.
    Saute until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and oregano.
    Cook 5 minutes longer; add wine.
