Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecans (optional)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Crisco oil or Mazola
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together.
Bake in oblong pan for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
