Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked creamed potatoes (with butter, milk and salt)
1 c. dried onion rings (French fried onions)
3 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
2/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix one-half can of onions and cream cheese in potatoes.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Form shell with potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
Place broccoli on potato shell.
Add remainder of onions.
Top with grated cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
