Mexican Corn Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
butter flavored vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-top, heavy-duty plastic bag.
Set aside.
Coat 1 side of each tortilla with cooking spray.
Cut each into 8 strips.
Place strips in bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
Place strips in a single layer on baking sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crisp.
Cool on wire rack.
Yields 8 servings.
