Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated hot pepper cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped vegetables (broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. half and half
    6 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 to 10 fresh asparagus spears
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray a 10-inch quiche pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle cheeses on bottom of pan.
    Add vegetables.
    Beat together milk, half and half, eggs, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Place asparagus spears on top in spoke pattern, pressing into egg mixture.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
