Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices thinly sliced turkey ham
4 thin slices skim Mozzarella cheese
1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation

Pound chicken breasts.
Top each with ham and cheese and roll up and secure with toothpick.
Makes sauce from remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Top with stuffing mix.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, uncovered for 20 minutes more. Serves 4.
