Cucumber In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large cucumbers
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped dill pickle
3 thinly sliced radishes
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
dash of white pepper

Preparation

Peel and slice thinly the cucumbers.
Chill well. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the cucumbers.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
